Old Mill Community is a wonderful community ideally located in Burke, Virginia, near the intersection of Old Keene Mill Rd. and Torrence St. Our community is made up of 201 homes. As a result, OMCC has a requirement for trash removal / garbage collection service to be procured from a commercially available source.

Prior to submitting a bid, a Community Board Member can be available to walk the premises upon request. When you submit your bid, be sure to include a description of designated service areas. Do not submit a bid that does not feature a description of service areas.
Bids shall be submitted electronically: “GARBAGE, RECYCLING, & DEBRIS REMOVAL.” Specifications may be obtained on OMCC Web Site, http://www.oldmillcommunity.com OMCC reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any information in the request for bids and to award the bid in whole or in part for the best interest of the community to the most qualified Contractor.
