OMCC Needs You!
Volunteers Needed

Residents,
Are you looking for a way to get more involved with the Old Mill Community? There are various opportunities available, both in the short and long term. If you own a home in Old Mill Community, and are interested in volunteering for any of the committees or positions listed below, please email us at old_mill_community_council@hotmail.com with your name and address.
OMCC is looking for volunteers to serve on the following committees and positions:
- Architectural Review Committee
- Parking Committe
- Trash Committe
- Member at Large
Join the Board! We are looking for three Members at Large for the OMCC Board of Directors. This person would need to attend monthly meetings (typically the first Thursday of each month), as well as participate in various committees as necessary.
Architectural Inspectors Needed
As most residents are aware, the Board of Directors is required to conduct annual architectural inspections of all proprieties in our community. Residents are needed to help conduct these inspections. If you would like to be a part of this important community service, please contact any Board member or email us.
Yard Sales
Spring is a popular time for yard sales. Please remember that all sales must be approved by the Board of Directors prior to the event to ensure community safety and residential respect. Contact us via postal mail, email, or attend one of our meetings to obtain authorization.
Concerned Over Something In The Community Or Another Resident?
With the adoption of new bylaws, there is now a formal complaint process that must be followed in order to address residents’ concerns. If you would like the Board to be aware of and potentially act on your concerns, you must fill out and submit a complaint form, found here (Procedures & Documents), as well as under the “Community Documents” section of the website in the document “Complaint Submission and Resolution Procedures.”
