Old Mill Community Council (OMCC) hereby invites firms interested in providing services to improve the appearance of the Association’s Common Ground Areas 20-30ft clearing behind Homeowner(s) Fences & Property Lines to submit proposals stating price and qualifications.

Period of Performance: June 23, 2017- August 23, 2017

Prior to submitting a bid, a Community Board Member can be available to walk the premises upon request. When you submit your bid, be sure to include a description of designated service areas. Do not submit a bid that does not feature a description of service areas.
Bids shall be submitted electronically: “GENERAL CLEAN UP, LANDSCAPING & DEBRIS REMOVAL.” Specifications may be obtained on OMCC Web Site, http://www.oldmillcommunity.com OMCC reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any information in the request for bids and to award the bid in whole or in part for the best interest of the community to the most qualified Contractor.
