Architectural Regulations

Our Community “was conceived as a community of townhomes designed to reflect a traditional colonial atmosphere.” To that end, and based on the authority granted the homeowners association through the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restricts which are part of the deed to every property in the community, the Association created an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to “perform the task of ensuring aesthetic quality of the homes and their environs.”

One of the important jobs of the ACC is to make sure that any exterior alterations comply with the objectives set forth in the Covenants and Bylaws.
