Please be advised that on September 9, 2016, the Board of Directors of Old Mill Community Council adopted a resolution regarding policies and procedures for responding to requests for examination and copying of the Association’s records. This adopted resolution may be downloaded at hyperlink: OMCC Poilicy Resolution #009 Requests for Examination and Copying of the Association’s Records.
Note that effective immediately, all requests for documents MUST be submitted by homeowners directly to Legum & Norman using the form provided in the attached resolution.

For your convenience, the Board of Directors is in the process of uploading financial documents on to http://www.oldmillcommunity.com/, the Association’s website. Always access your association information through this website first.
