Old Mill Community Council (OMCC) hereby invites firms interested in providing Tree Pruning and Trimming services to submit proposals stating price and qualifications.

Prior to submitting a bid, a Community Board Member will be available to walk the premises upon request. When you submit your bid, be sure to include a description of designated service areas. Do not submit a bid that does not feature a description of service areas.
Sealed bids shall be received by the Old Mill community Council (OMCC) for Tree Pruning, Trimming and Removal. Bids shall be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on April 7, 2016. The bids will be opened at 7:30 p.m., prevailing time, on April 7, 2016, at OMCC Board meeting. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled: “Tree Pruning and Removal Bid.” Specifications may be obtained on OMCC Web Site, http://www.oldmillcommunity.com OMCC reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any information in the request for bids and to award the bid in whole or in part for the best interest of the community to the most qualified Contractor.
