OMCC Notice #20161023- Legum & Norman Coupon Booklet Error
The following is important concerning your coupon booklet.
If you received your new payment coupon booklet, or pay by auto draft, you most likely see that the HOA dues have been increased to $251.32. Please note, payment number (4) four, dated August 1, 2017, is in error and should reflect $251.32. When you send in your payment, you need only pay the same amount you always pay. If you have an auto bank draft, we recommend you make the adjustment for the approved increase to be deducted from your account. To avoid late fees, please do not hesitate to make your November 1, 2016 payment of $251.32. There will be a correction for coupon booklet. We do not know exactly how that will happen at this time, but it will happen. Please be patient with us as we work to correct this mistake.
