Dear Homeowners,
In October you had the opportunity to vote for your HOA Board. We hoped there would have been other homeowners that would have volunteered as Board members or members of the various committees. As a result, the existing board members will continue to work on improving the community in a manner that is right for the majority and as HOA funds will permit.
Once again, there are only (3) members serving (9) positions and that there are many aspects of the community that are neglected given the low amount of participation of homeowners.
Finally, thanks too to all those homeowners that gave their time to attend the annual meeting and gave thanks to the Board. We hope they will continue to support the community whenever needed. The results are posted below:
