Dear Association Members ,Please be advised that the Annual meeting will be held on October 21, 2021 at 7pm at White Oak Elementary school located 6130 Shiplett Bled, VA 22015 . All residents and owners are encouraged to attend and participate. Please note this meeting is subject to audio and video recording.
This year, there are six (6) open board positions. The term of Sajid Farooqi expires in October 2021, and the term of Leslie Carter expires in October 2021. For the remaining six positions, there will be one 3-year term, two 2-year terms and three 2-year terms available.
For those members who are unable to attend Annual meeting. Please scan and email your proxy to the email listed below or mail it back. Make sure proxy is completely filled out. Your participation help management of your community.
Note that additional nominations may be made from the floor at the meeting.
Sign-in will begin at 6:30 PM at which time you may also volunteer for various committees. Election ballots will be given at the annual meeting sign-in. You may also submit your proxy when you sign in.
No member may vote at any meeting of the Association or be elected to serve on the Board of Directors if payment by such Member of any financial obligation to the Association is delinquent more than thirty days and the amount necessary to bring the account current has not been paid at the time of such meeting or election.
