NOTICE For ANNUAL MEETING, November 19, 2020

Dear Association Members,

Please be advised that the Annual meeting scheduled for November 19, 2020 at 7 p.m. The location will be West Springfield District Police Station, 6140 Rolling Road, Springfield, VA 22152.  All residents and owners are encouraged to attend and participate.  Please note this meeting is subject to audio and video recording.

This year, there are eight (7) open board positions.  The term of Sajid Farooqi and Leslie Carter will expires in October 2020.  For the remaining seven positions, there will be (3) 3-year terms, (2) 2-year terms and (2) 1-year terms available.

Note that additional nominations may be made from the floor at the meeting.

Sign-in will begin at 6:45 PM at which time you may also volunteer for various committees.  Election ballots will be given at the annual meeting sign-in.  You may also submit your proxy when you sign in.

No member may vote at any meeting of the Association or be elected to serve on the Board of Directors if payment by such Member of any financial obligation to the Association is delinquent more than thirty days and the amount necessary to bring the account current has not been paid at the time of such meeting or election.

For those members who are unable to attend, a proxy is attached for your completion and return.  Participate in the management of your community is needed.  Be sure to attend the Annual Meeting, and if you cannot attend, please return the enclosed proxy.
